Success Stories
Heartland Homes of Duluth and New Journeys goals are to mentor individuals to live independently. Here are 2 of many success stories we have been given approval to share with the community.
Liz L. (resident for IHS)
Liz moved into Heartland Homes of Duluth. LLC in August 2017, and at that time needed 24/7 direct care services. In January 2022 Liz demonstrated by making healthy choices and habits allowing her to live independently. Liz stated to owner Jennifer Klaas " Heartland Homes of Duluth helped me deal with my depression which afforded me the opportunity to get a job and live on my own." I am also getting married in October 2023."
