Wages Starting at $15 per hour with minimum of High School Degree


Extra Shift Availability

Part Time Afternoons/Weekends: 4 on 4 rotation  

  • Weekdays Shifts range from 4:30pm-10:00pm
  • Weekends Shifts range from 9:00am-10:00pm.


Overnight/NOC: 4 on 4 off full-time rotation.

  • Sunday-Thursday: 10pm-8am.
  • Friday&Saturday: 10pm-9am
  • Shifts will be 9:30pm-9:00am.

  • Casual Shifts
    Starting wage is $15.00
  • Submit a monthly schedule based on your availability.

    We are seeking smart, caring, respectful and patient employees to work with and provide mentoring services for our high functioning clients with a complex emotional needs. At this time, we have a total of five homes providing services for both male and female clients. Experience is NOT needed as all training is provided. DHS (dept. of human services) mandates that all employees pass a CBC (criminal back ground check) - The following bullets will give you some good insight on what we offer:

    • Paid training and shadowing.
    • $500 sign on bonuses. $250 after 90-days and then another $250 at 180-days.
    • With 4,000 hours of direct care experience, wage will start at $15.50
    • Starting Wage $15 with no experience and H.S. degree

    • We provide FREE CPR/first aid with a certified instructor. (8 training hours).
    • We provide additional free training hours to ensure you meet DHS standards.
    • Employees will receive $150.00 as a reward for each employee referral.
    • We focus on working with a team concept to promote safety and respect.
    • We offer a variety of shifts such as part-time, full-time, weekends, on call, and overnights.
    • We have continuous growth internally. There are team lead and CRT(crisis response team)
    • Recognition and or cash incentives are given for employees of the month, quarterly, and annually.
    • Employees will NEVER need to use their personal vehicles to transport clients
