Heartland Homes of Duluth is immediately hiring for both full and part-time positions at 17-17.50 an hour!

Sign on bonus of $250 after 3 months. $Another 250 after 6 months!

Full Time position is a two-week rotation split into two teams. 38 hours guaranteed!

  • The first week is Mon 9am-430pm, Tuesday 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-430pm, Sunday 9am-9pm.
  • The Second week would be Tuesday 9am-430pm, Wednesday 9am-9pm, Thursday 9am-9pm, Friday 9am-430pm.
  • After 6 months of working, full-time workers will earn paid time off.


Part Time position is also a two-week rotation split into two teams.

  • The First week would be Mon and Tues 415pm-10pm, Sat and Sun 9am-10pm: 34.5 hours
  • The Second week would be Wed, Thu, Fri 415pm-10pm: 17.25 hours.
  • All part time workers are eligible for Earned Sick and Safe Time.


Wknd Casual position is a pick your own weekend availability.

  • Must Submit two available weekends of work each month.
  • Can also pick up extra shifts outside of the two weekends a month.

At this time, we have a total of five homes providing services for both male and female clients. Experience is NOT needed as all training is provided. DHS (dept. of human services) mandates that all employees pass a CBC (criminal back ground check) - The following bullets will give you some good insight on what we offer:

  • $250.00 - 500.00 sign on bonuses. $150 or 250 after 90-days and then another $150 or 250 at 180-days.
